The JSRA Country Super Series returns this weekend, with Round 4 of the series to be held at the Trade Hire Augusta – Margaret River Speedway in the Southwest. Although only a small field has entered, the racing is sure to be top notch.
Any number of drivers will be in the chance for victory this weekend, with Brody Day coming in asĀ an early favourite having had a successful third round of the series, leading the race early before finishing third. The ever consistent Blake Webb will look to return to the podium this weekend, after missing a podium finish in Kalgoorlie.
Bunbury’s Brandon Buszan was extremely quick in Kalgoorlie, though he couldn’t quite capitalise on his speed. He will no doubt be one to watch this weekend, as he looks to take his Auto Panel and Paint Hyundai Excel to the front of the field. Kurtis Blackburn missed the last round of the series, but returns after a trip to New Zealand representing Australia, as does Tanika Webb.
JSRA regular, Jasmine Arnold will be hoping for better luck this weekend and will have fellow lady racers Nikita Donohoe and Bunbury racer Erin Fraser to contend with. Margaret River regular Ziggy Phillips has been the one to beat at the host venue and will look to challenge his competitors for victory on home soil.
In the New Star field, only three drivers will compete for victory after Possum Lawrence withdrew from the event. Alyvia Ferraro, Deagan McNally and Teliah Bosley will battle it out for victory, with any driver in the mix.
Make sure you head to the Trade Hire Augusta – Margaret River Speedway this weekend, with racing getting underway from 5pm sharp.
New Stars:
